DO YOU HAVE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS OF THE INTERIOR? If you would like to see photos of the inside, our rentals have interior photos in the rental listing on our website. Although not all photos listed are of the exact unit available, they are representative of the style and set up of each unit. As apartments come available and rent ready, we also record video tours and can make these available upon request.
DO YOU TAKE PETS? Most of our rentals are pet friendly, however we ask that you please confirm with your Leasing Agent as some of our rentals do not allow pets.
WHAT IS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE? We do not have exact square footages for our rentals and do not publish them. If you see them in an ad, please confirm with the leasing agent that those square footages are correct; we do not guarantee that any ad or 3rd party rental service has these numbers correct. In lieu of square footages, we would be more than happy to schedule an appointment for you to view the interior of the units at your convenience and measure room sizes to ensure that your furniture will fit. Generally, square footage does not give an accurate depiction of the useful size rentals, especially if the square footage is not in the area that you need it in (i.e. if you need a larger bedroom because of large furniture, etc). Instead, we are happy to set up appointments for interior walk-throughs so that you can see if the rental fits your needs.
WHAT ARE YOUR RENTAL CRITERIA? We have a list of our basic criteria on our website once you click the link to apply to an apartment.
HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? We schedule all viewing appointments Monday – Friday 9-12:30 pm and 1:30-4:30 pm so that we do not disturb our current residents evening/weekend schedules. These appointment times are set in advance and generally cannot be modified. In certain circumstances, our leasing agents can make alternate arrangements in their tour schedule to try to accommodate your request. All tours are booked through text message through the number listed in the ad/rental listing on our website, with confirmations sent prior to your tour time.
