You can schedule a tour through the link on each listing by clicking the Contact Us button.
We’re happy to offer virtual tours for your convenience! Our virtual tours allow you to explore our homes from anywhere, giving you a detailed look at the space through live video or a pre-recorded walkthrough. Simply book your tour through the listing page on our website, and we’ll schedule a virtual tour time that works for you!
Tours can be in person or virtual.  We schedule all viewing appointments Monday – Friday 9-12:30 pm and 1:30-4:30 pm so that we do not disturb our current residents with evening/weekend schedules. 
All appointments are scheduled through text and can easily be changed by messaging the number where you scheduled the tour! 
Most of our rentals are pet friendly, however we ask that you please confirm with your Leasing Agent as some of our rentals do not allow pets.
If you would like to see photos of the inside, our rentals have interior photos in the rental listing on our website. Although not all photos listed are of the exact unit available, they are representative of the style and set up of each unit. As apartments come available and rent ready, we also record video tours and can make these available upon request.
We do not have exact square footages for our rentals and do not publish them. If you see them in an ad, please confirm with the leasing agent that those square footages are correct; we do not guarantee that any ad or 3rd party rental service has these numbers correct. In lieu of square footages, we would be more than happy to schedule an appointment for you to view the interior of the units at your convenience and measure room sizes to ensure that your furniture will fit. Generally, square footage does not give an accurate depiction of the useful size rentals, especially if the square footage is not in the area that you need it in (i.e. if you need a larger bedroom because of large furniture, etc). Instead, we are happy to set up appointments for interior walk-throughs so that you can see if the rental fits your needs.

Applications

Credit check fees are non-refundable when you apply and your application is processed. 
If you are a back up and your credit is not run, we can refund your fees, less a $5 service charge. 
Most of our rentals are pet friendly, however we ask that you please confirm with your Leasing Agent as some of our rentals do not allow pets.

We’d love to make the application process as easy as possible for you! We prefer electronic applications for convenience, but if you’re unable to apply online, you’re welcome to visit our office, and we’d be happy to assist you in person. Let us know how we can help!
Yes! Within certain criteria we accept them.
We gladly accept service animals and emotional support animals (ESAs) in accordance with California law. To accommodate your ESA or service animal, we require proper documentation and registration through our pet screening service at cambridgemgi.petscreening.com.
No pet fees or breed restrictions apply to service or ESA animals. Let us know how we can assist you!
Great news! You only need to fill out one application, and can it can be used for multiple rental properties within our portfolio. Just let us know which ones you’re interested in order of preference, and we’ll apply your application according to your preference to make the process quick and easy for you!
